Creatine & protein supplements @ MEPS warning

There is a long line of civilians that were once in OCS that took something that MEPS said was o.k. Meps screwed me but they couldn't hold me down forever.

FWIW,

Creatine, along with Amino Acid supplements, is not allowed per the waiver guide. (on edit, I should have mentioned that it is not allowed for Aircrew)
