Crazy running old guy

Anybody ever talk to the crazy old guy that runs around the west Pensacola area? If you're here, I'm talking about the old guy that trots along the Gulf Beach Highway area with the cool foriegn legion hat and the american flag. He even stars in one of the class pictures hanging up in the API school-house building. What's his story?

no idea who that is, but in Naples, FL where i grew up there was this 75 year old man who used to entertain the downtown area by strapping on a pair of old fashion roller skates, tying a dozen pink streamers to his arms and legs, and twirl around like the friggin ice-capades in nothing but a pair of umbro shorts. I was scarred for life.

Sideways Running Man!!!! He's great... Don't know his story, but saw him turning off Blue Angel onto a dirt road by Dog Track a couple months ago... I almost followed him... Be sure to give him a beep when you see him.
