So, maybe someone has addressed this, and I can't find it. What are the chances of someone getting to go to Corpus when they request for it?

I'll speak for as far as Marines. 3 VTs are in Whiting, 2 are in Corpus. Roughly 2 out of 5 students put in for Corpus and usually get it. Sometimes they "ask" for volunteers.
When I started API, I requested Corpus and got denied because at the time Corpus had a 5 month wait. I started Primary at VT3 only a week after graduating API.
