Thread bump: Current tenants vacated as of June 1st. Will probably take us a week to complete cleaning, painting and minor maintenance (free time competing with run-up to Coronado HS graduation).

$2500/month plus $2500 deposit. Long term rental. Tenant pays utilities & trash pick-up. Very BAH friendly for Coronado. Pets negotiable. Includes washer/dryer plus refrigerator. Built in gas burner top and wall oven. No dishwasher. Single bath is shower/tub combination.
