Cordova Mall Area

I'm heading down to P-Cola and I rented a apartment at the Cordova Regency complex. Has anyone heard anything about this place? Also how is the area around Cordova Mall? Thanks

I live near the mall, it's a nice area. There are lots of restaurants and things to do, also, you will be fairly near the downtown area plus the beach (kinda).

i lived in cordova regency... lots of retired folks but some military too. great management and friendly atmosphere... not too expensive either.

Can't speak for the complex, but I had a house in the Scenic Heights area, but concur with swmtb, good eats and things to do there around the mall... puts you between all the places you might need to be if you are continuing training there (API and Whiting)... my two cents, have fun!

Probably one of the more classy areas in Pensacola...I wanted to live there, but the waiting list was like 4 months long as of July. If you can get in I think you should definitely take it.
