Yes, the bay tour is still on. Something like "maintain VFR at 2500, report when complete".

hmm...when I did it about 4 years ago...I came in from the north at 500 feet...climbed over the peninsula just north of the Golden Gate...flipped a u turn came back just over the top of the bridge and droped down to 500...past the rock then transited to the north bay to look at the mothball fleet.
that was how the FBO explained it when I rented.

I would definitetly recomend it if you ever have the chance....beautiful view on a nice day.
