How does someone go about getting a

to apply for other OCS service?

I am currently in the AF with an 18 OCT Navy OCS date, I went through a Navy recruiter to put together and submit my package. If you still owe the AF time you will be able to obtain a conditional release form, you commander is the only one that has to sign it. If your package gets accepted you will then have to go to separations and fill out another form to have sent up to AFPC at Randolph. I will still owe the AF over two years when I leave and I received a bonus too, but they still approved my early separation. Good luck
