Good to find a couple of others going in at the same time. Dave and Tahoe, I'll see you there. Also, a question. Does anyone have info on the depth perception test they use? I've heard some people have difficulty with the Verehoeff (little black box test), but some people have used one of the more modern looking machines with raised cirles on the inside. Just curious.

When I went through MEPS, they had me take the depth perception test with the circles on the inside. It seemed like a pretty fair test to me.

Dec. 8 class...man, Poopie week and then a two week X-mas vacation! What a way to go! Oh well I can't complain either, I'll get my time off too but at least the bulk of OCS will be behind our class when we come back on the 5'th.

Depth percepton test:

I took one at MEPS a few days ago and it was th eone with the raised circles in the machine and I failed it. Then I went and saw an optomitrist and they gave a test where I had to use some special glasses and well I passed that one with flying colors. The doctor said that it is the best test out there used to test depth perception. So, I guess the they did not give me enough time to look at the circles or something. Anyway, I hope that answered your question.
