Yeah, the early Scooters were there, but still only had the A-4A models in 1879. They raised hell w/ nape on the Zulu hay-lined bunkers & thatched huts! Unfortunately Ron & BzB were still in the RAG.

Did the FAC call it in by telegraph or semaphore?

Everyone's with the jokes... It's time to face the reality... We only lost Vietnam because the Viet Cong had rudimentary versions of PowerPoint out Outlook at their disposal.

Well....we didn't "lose" Vietnam, we just went home so we too could master the required intricacies of said Powerpoint and Outlook. How else were we going to be able to create the NMCI.

Seriously, I don't believe we lost the war...we as a natiom, lost the heart for the war. After hearing the tales of recent Vietnam Vets tours of Vietnam, I'm thinking, we may have actually won the war. Reports are the economy is booming, new construction & manufacturing on the rise... aand tourism increasingly popular.

Infrastructure & airfields devastated 5 decades ago, are rebuilt and modernized. Todays VN Citizens appear united, and no longer seem to dislike or begrudge Americans, we are welcomed warmly, especially by the younger generations. Are they enjoying much improved lives compare to pre-war? It appears so. There were no parades, marching bands, or airport welcomes for our return, but maybe we didn't lose after all???

Nah, they just don't hold a grudge. It was never personal between us and the North Viets, just business.

Look at the '78 Chinese-Vietnamese war. That shit was personal.
