well I guess I feel better about not having flown in a while. I'm also hoping the instructors don't expect a whole lot for the first few events.

as an aside, it sucks to be the new guy. wondering around a new place not knowing where anything is. I wondered around for like 15 mins trying to get a squadron patch this morning. when all was said and done, I still didn't have one!

btw, can someone explain to me (besides the obvious comedy) why an SUV was covered in saran-wrap in the parking lot?

Yeah.. have fun with those pool sims... you WILL get yelled at by certain instructors... they know you don't know anything... it's part of the game. Though, some do confuse you for BI students, so sometimes you have to give them a heads-up.

Yeah, don't worry about it. It happens to everyone. Michelle used to have the patches... she doesn't anymore?
