Chances of earlier OCS report date ?

Anybody know how likely it is to recieve earlier report date for OCS after recruiter puts name in, presently Jan 06. :confused: :icon_smil

I don't know the answer to your question, however the weather will be pretty good for training in January. You may want to stick with that date.

Good luck, but it's not likely to happen. I've been waiting just about a year now... I did try to move it up a couple times, even if it was just a week or two, but to no avail. Be greatful you only have 6 months (that seems to be about right for Navy time :)

THey called me in early June to see if I wanted to come in early for OCS. It all depends on if they have spots open up and you're a person they call to fill them.

it's cold in Jan, makes those morning runs suck, though I wasn't there for the heat. I would pick the cold.
