CD, No Waiver (NOMI)

It seems that I have a medical condition that NOMI lists as CD on their website. However, it is a very specific condition that requires a very specific test to find. I have passed MEPS many times for various other programs. I am just curious when, if at all do they test for all the conditions that are CD. Before, during , after flight school?....
