As far as the legs discussion, PMA-290 was up here a couple weeks ago- think refeuling capability. Air Force Style with the probe going in over the flight station.
Right now the plan is for no Flight Engineers and no IFT. I think the IFT discussion is the most frequent crew debate right now. The initial discussion involved the off-duty pilot loading buoys with no IFT onboard.
