Is there any kind of market at TBS? I dont want to buy something new till the new model year comes out and just want to get something to drive around in for 2 or 3 months. Are a lot of people trying to get rid of their rides before they go off to schools?

Not that I've seen. I don't know why anyone would want to get rid of their car before going on to follow-on MOS schools.
