I did that to my GF a couple years ago. I totally caught her by surprise. SHe threw up a glob of orange juice and it hovered in front of her face while we contiued to dive toward the ground.

I reached into the back seat real quick and grab a folded up sectional. I held it under the floating vomit bubble and then pulled out of the dive. The glob made a slam dunk into the folded sectional. She had the most confused look on her face after that. It was classic.
