Dude, this sounds like a perfect job for a VP-30 stash. Call their duty office, it is xxx-3030 (I forget the 3 number pre-fix) and ask for the SDO (not CDO). I think the SDO's are still stashes, tho they may be senior enlisted. Those stash guys have time on their hands and should be happy to help out a bud in need for some beer. Always offer Beer when asking for a favor. This tip alone will get you far.
