1) have taken the ASTB within the last two years
2) are getting ready to take the ASTB soon (within 6 months)
3) will need to take the ASTB sometime in the future (more than 6 months from now)

I'm pretty sure people are reading only the first page, and then scrolling down and posting "yes." Without realizing that the people who posted yes on that first page are O-3's by now and: A) probably remember absolutely nothing from their ASTB; and B) took a version that's completely different from the one being administered today.
