Bought mine at Cash Sales in MCRD San Diego - all the used gear from recruits who wash out.

Cost more to put name tapes on them than to actually purchase them.

Cash sales in Quantico has them sometimes from the guys who didnt make it through OCS, but its all about timing with those. Sometimes they have a lot, sometimes none. So, if you are passing through it might be worth a shot.
