well i was making some progress with my pull-ups.. and then yesterday morning i woke up and my elbow was sore. No biggie i thought till i tried doing the daily pull up regiment for that day, and after the first one it felt like someone stabbed me through my elbow.

i'm thinking some kind of ligament thing is going on, i have discomfort when i extend my arm fully or i twist my forearm on the right side only.

now i'm gonna have to let this heal up and miss some key training time.

or just do the pull-ups "one-armed"
