Study the gouge from this site and get the ARCO study guide. Those will prepare you what to expect on the test. When I took the ASTB before the switch to the electronic version, the gouge was almost identical to the the test. However, I can not vouch for the current test.

Best bet is to brush up on algebra, trig, and smidge of basic physics. Oh and do a search on this site for more study help.
