Thanks for all the replies...and I'll let you know if I hit any snags...

I'm going for Instrument and night currency too...so I'll be taking about 15 hrs of UI...figure it'll be worth the extra time since of my 2k hours, 100 are in a fixed wing A/C...

From what I've heard/seen, no...mainly because it's all linear thrust (2 engines (sometimes 3 in the $hitter) into 1 tranmission).

I have no idea where you'd verify that, but when/if I apply for a ME job (charter, airlines, etc) I don't intend on counting the ME helo time. It does, however, count for "turbine" time which is something I've seen on a lot of application requirements...at least on the helo side of the house.
