Obviously my parents raised me right. Here's a 3 year old HAL Pilot sucking down an Olympia.....

Yeah, I know...but it was 1964 and Olympia was considered a good beer back then....besides I wasn't paying and beggars can't be choosers....

Besides the fact that I can go outside without my underwear immediately being absorbed by my sweaty ass, no more mosquitoes trying to carry away my truck, and the seasonal change of leaves, fall is my all time favorite season mostly because of oktoberfest beers and pumpkin craft brews. Spring is a close second because of it's seasonal brews, as well. Thoughts?

Looking for a change from the uber-hopped 14% IPA I made a few months ago, I decided to brew a Belgian triple a few weeks ago. It's alright, but I think I'm going to stick with hoppier recipes for the time being. Granted, the Belgian hasn't properly bottle aged just yet, but it's just not doing it for me. Best part of my new job? I get first dibs on large, medical grade pressure pots, kettles, and stainless steel vessels with integral chilling lines run through them. Worried about pharmaceutical ingredients crusted on them? Nope. We're contractually obligated (for patent and counter-corporate espionage reasons) to remove all traces of chemicals before we dispose of anything. And really, where else am I going to dig up a 133 liter stainless kettle for what they charged me? 1.5% over scrap value, or $75. Where's Masterbates and his welding skills when you need him?

Oh, Olympia brewing. Between that and Henry Weinhard's those were the first beers was able to sneak from my parents. Good memories. Now if they would just reopen the Luck Lager my childhood drinking exploits could be relived.

I can weld it. You know what the grade is?

If you guys hire me as a welding engineer.. Just saying. :D

Seriously, anyone needs welding, steel, stainless, aluminum or titanium, I'm set up to do it.

I'm waiting on a few more vessels to...uh...'break'. But once I have enough to complete my set, I'm going to need some kind of framework to give me enough height differential to eliminate the need for an auto siphon. Of course, I haven't exactly figured out how to get all this into my basement yet. Without having to rip out the door, that is. Maybe I'll have to stick with with the smaller 20 gallon style items...

ETA: We just hired a process engineer a month or two ago. Great guy, but if he had half the ingenuity the King Cat took, we'd be fucking rolling in money around here.

Do you accept small batch bourbon, tours of distilleries, and tickets to high class horse racing events as payment? What about nekkid UK chicks who'll shake anything/everything for a two dollar bill?

Sure. All sounds good. I will need recent pictures of said UK chicks before saying yes.. Since while I love the accent, there be some uggos on that island.

Hmm... You speak true words. How about a 5'9" Canadian-born (so you know she's filthy) female Muay Thai fighter who strips for fun?

Either way, I'm sure we can work something out.
