BAH in college?

I was curious if we get BAH in college or if the $10000 the NAVY pays for is also for dorm fees. It could make a big difference if I have to get loans or not.

You do get bah and comrats but the $10,000 only goes towards university tuition and fees and books not towards school meals nor dorm fees.
