BAH for Bachelors in Milton?

All the briefs said no BAH for SNA bachelors while in Pcola, that was BS. Now they say the same for bachelors at Whiting, but experience tells me theres gotta be away to get around it. What's your experience with BAH and how did you go about getting it?

Dude, there are other threads on here about how guys in Milton/Pcola are being forced into the Q or Base Housing.
