But we do need patches. Specifically, we need custom patches for our spiffy new MTV body armor. Basic design's all done, but I'm not sure where to send my business. Has anyone had good/bad experiences with specific companies? Your assistance will aid in pissing off countless grunts with our levity.

Not an option here at the Point, I'm afraid. I had to request permission for the new stuff from MEF, wait for the CG (more likely the S-4A) to approve the request, then have the MEU HQ schedule us an appointment after the approval letter had been sent to CIF. Not to mention that our CIF is one of the unhappiest places on earth, thanks to the large, angry lesbian who runs the place. But I digress...

I thought one of the ladies at the CIF in Lejeune was an angry bull dyke lesbian. However, I flirted with her to speed up the checkout process. I don't think she even looked at the conditon/cleanliness of my gear. Maybe she is just lonely (because she looks like an angry bull dyke lesbian). But I agree, all CIF's suck. Turned in all my crap to New River, with one guy telling me that I had to - another guy telling me I didn't. Checked into Lejeune and one guy told me that I had to go to New River and check all my shit back out, and another guy told me that I had to draw it all there. No one knows their asshole from a hole in the ground there.
