Our renters have winged and our house will be available June 15. It is 3 bd/2 ba with a huge master bedroom with skylights, a large screened back porch, 2 car + garage, and a HUGE 20'x40' pool. The rent is $995 and that includes weekly pool maintenance (you won't have to worry about any chemicals or cleaning), a washer and dryer, and we have an alarm system. We also allow pets.
It's a great neighborhood, 1 mile from Whiting Pines and about 15 minutes from the Whiting gate.
