Other nation's armed forces do occasionally fall under different grooming standards because of their different chains of command and traditions.

True, but why include image of "Stonewall" Jackson circa 1860s. In that timeframe, "our" nation grooming standards permitted quite flamboyant beards vvvv (Jackson's opposing nation's generals in same timeframe)

Don't think I'm in that one, but was there for it. Great times...they let us stay on for a while after we did our boarding drill. We ended the day by taking turns blasting a buoy with all the guns we had. South Africa is a great country to visit...by far the most fun we had.
