He may have technically not had 'ribbon's but he had plenty of flair that he wore at Trafalgar and was supposedly used by the French sniper that shot him as an aiming point.
Come on! I was trying to make him feel better. @mad dog can pin a few tea saucers to his coat but that hat would be a tough find.

Old thread but these two stories were pretty interesting:
Squadron Suppo was a 35 year LCDR. Pretty much useless, former Master Chief, and card carrying mafia member. Everyone hated him and he was basically ROAD. Organizes his retirement ceremony and the CO kicks his retirement award to a NAM which is basically saying "fuck you and good riddance". LDO gets butthurt and doesn't have a ceremony. One day he just stopped showing up to work.
Squadron had a problem child who did all sorts of crazy things including getting hauled off to Balboa for doing spice. Somehow it comes out that he can't go to NJP due to some weird legal issue. He was assigned as a parking lot sweeper since he only had a few months left on his contract. One day he comes into the DIVO/Chief office to speak with his Chief. He tells the Chief that he needs to go up to Admin to ask about his award. We're all sitting there thinking WTF. AN Spice responds that since he didn't go to Mast then he needs to make sure his good conduct medal is documented in his record. I'm sitting there trying not to laugh while the Chief looks like he is going to explode with rage.
