I left my first tour with a little over 1000TT in '2002. What? Is that not a thing anymore?
 
You also have zero chance of getting into TPS after your JO tour if you have 0 hours because you didn't become a pilot/NFO
 
1000TT after first tour is definitely still a thing, at least in skids. Starting to cut it close though.
