I have been studying hard for this test and it is stressing me out. I have been going over the problems again and again. I have recently contacted Pers Officer Accessions processing and was told that I needed to cut at least a 50 on the test. I take it on Tuesday. I found this site by putting ASTB in google hoping to find some last minute gouge for this test. I didn't realize how much info was on here. Just wanted to post this because maybe someone could give me some last minute advice.....
 
IMHO, for absolute last minute advice, if you're stressing the OAR part, the easiest way to bump it is to buckle down the math/verbal...mechanical is a bit more broad in terms of concepts covered.

Although you're still basically guaranteed plenty of pulleys, inclines, pressure, and a little circuits(ie what the Marine gouge covers will cover most of what you'll see on the mechanical).
 
thanks big red..... I was also told to take the whole astb and not just the oar portion because it could increase my overall score?
