So, small town, poor, no budget, and Batman is not in sight to save our bacon. So let's do nothing and hope it gets better by itself because we might not be able to prosecute. The folks there are in a no-win situation and doing the best they can.

I never said to do nothing (double negative yay!). Adhering to the US Constitution != doing nothing. It's also quite sad when an elected official publicly denounces the document which defines our nation's principles.

I think 24 hour cerfews and police armed with ARs is extreme. If I lived there, I would move immediately.

In what world are "24 hour curfew" and "do nothing" the only choices?
