ARCO book?

This site has be wonderful as far as information for the ASTB goes, however I understand that the ARCO book is a decent learning tool, but WHICH ARCO book. For example: You have a 7th edition Officer Candidate Tests ARCO book which can cost upwards of $250... where as you have the Master the Officer Candidate Tests ARCO book, it can be found for less than $20 and it is the 8th edition. So my question is which is the one to get and why does one cost more?

Thanks,

Dave

Any of the ARCO editions will be helpful. When I was studying for the ASTB I bought every edition the book store had for as many practice tests as I could get. I never saw an ARCO book for $250.

I bought both of them along with many more study aids related to the ASTB. Look on amazon, they're on there for cheap.

What he said. I purchased an ARCO book for a captain test ( police ) today on Amazon for $40.00. The new price is $600.00. I think they must sell one book, and it then gets endlessly sold on the internet.
