Looks like we have a LOT more terrorist-supporting countries to invade now.
In all seriousness, though, the article states that the contracts "... were conducted under the aegis of the United Nations' oil-for-food program, which was designed to allow Iraq to sell oil in exchange for humanitarian goods," which would make them perfectly fine and legal. Of course the question is how much of the profits went towards said humanitarian goods...
