I know that one can apply for OCS if they are 365 days from graduating, but what about the Blue 21 flight initiative? On the CG recruiting website it says that one must hold a degree but does not mention eligibility if the applicant will hold a degree in the future...
If applying for Blue 21 in college is not an option, I will consider CSPI which simply guarantees a spot in OCS after graduation. Is it very competitive to go to flight training through CG OCS?
