AOCS Reunion 2025.....Report!

The bi-ennial AOCS Reunion is scheduled for 10-11 October 2025 in the Cradle (Pensacola).

Hoping for a good showing of 26-89. So far, we are missing about 10 folks out of our class of 38. FX Donahue said he plans to attend (but he mentioned something about bringing our go-fasters, so.........)

For those that have attended before, what is the usual schedule?

Pretty much what is indicated in the red box below, however, there is no mention of the dinner at the Naval Aviation Museum [the cocktail hour is mentioned]. At previous reunions, there was a dinner which was followed by a super fun Q&A session with the DIs. I dunno…maybe they’re not doing a dinner this time.

Fuck it…not going to the 2025 reunion…on base access for Saturday night requires a shit show of all sorts of ridiculous computer stuff that I can’t figure out regarding Adobe, scans, uploads, downloads, sideways loads, blah, blah, blah. Maybe I’ll figure it out by the time the 2027 reunion rolls around.

You are correct, Skipper Griz…that is me next to our Class Officer LT Reese. You are also correct seeing the “Class Party” streamer…apparently we threw a pretty good AOC party at the AOC Club…I won’t elaborate but our DI, Gunnery Sergeant Jones United States Marine Corps, had a “really nice time” at our class party [as well as some of the other DIs], therefore, we were awarded the “Class Party” streamer.
