Anyone heard about the NROTC scholarship 2009-2010?

Yeah let's not be too hasty now, there WERE scholarships awarded as normal. And there has always been rollbacks in selections even during the Bush administration. and as torpedo said, the RIF was already in the works...

I was just making the point that some of those billions could of been put to better use =) As to who distributed it, thats a WHOLE other story :D
 
College Programmer at OSU, it's exactly the same and you will eventually pick up a scholarship if you stick with it and remain motivated.
