the song is actually Tchaikovsky's rendition of Peter and the Wolf.
 
Um, yeah....I'm going to have to sort of go ahead and disagree with you there, m'kay? Yeah...the first few seconds are Peter and the Wolf, but the Itchy & Scratchy part is definitely Stravinsky, circa 1919.

Ever notice how the great Russian composers of the past 250 years have made very angry sounding music? Must be a great place to live.

I like Russian military music. It makes you want to go charge a German panzer with your trusty pitchfork or something...

I think Russian music is so angry because it is an entire country filled with azzholes, victims of azzholes, and hot women.
