Well I am not even enlisted yet but I have set my sights and motivation on STA-21...

Is there any previous active duty requirement for STA-21? Like at least one year of AD? or can you apply whenever you can after starting active duty?

What is the selection rate for STA-21? Is it pretty difficult? What advice can you guys give me for putting the best pilot option package? Is it required to have previous college credits before applying STA-21? Because I have none and I read you have 36 months to get your degree. Can an applicant finish college in 3 years? Would having a commercial pilot license help your package?
