I qual'd on the boat Saturday and Sunday. Good times! My buddy got some really great shots from vulture row. As soon as I get copies I'll post a few here.

Sincere congratulations to you & your fellow new "hookers"! You probably don't realize yet, what you have accomplished..., you're now qual'd to join the annual revelry in 'Lost Wage$', at Hook '12 in Sept.:D

Then on to the fleet & your first night carquals (you'll find that a truly 'interesting' experience)!

Then on to the RAG & then an IA/GSA as a staff weenie updating PowerPoint slides all day, then back to the Wing for assignment as the Wing GSO (since they've got nowhere else to put you), then back to the RAG for a refresher, then off to the Fleet, where you'll be a year or two behind your peers in timing and quals before you do your first night carquals (you'll find that a truly 'interesting' experience)!

Joking or not, I saw it happen to a couple (Marine) guys when I was at -101. Not ideal, I'll leave it at that.

Love the disclaimer, only it's more fitting for a Monday. ;)

Thats what I thought, what ever CVas coming home and a class was ready to trap.

Not always a boat "coming home". SWOs and boats are always trolling around for lols, and sometimes they have an open deck. We hit the HST last July for fleet currency CQ in conjunction with CAG-3's deck cert. That's more of a getting back into the pre-deployment cycle deal. My rag CQ on the Vinson was shortly after they got back from cruise though.
