Told them both they had to stick w/ the program all the way through first year and summer cruise. After that it is their decision. But bailing during baby boot camp or halfway through the school year is not acceptable. Son likes what he sees and signed his papers. Not sure what the daughter will do in a year, although four of her close friends are going to USAFA, USNA, Va Tech Army ROTC or VMI, so she has a peer group as well.
