Renting out my house in Annapolis. Would be great for a family.

Minutes from Downtown, Naval Academy, Bay Bridge, and the beach and boat launches at Sandy Point State Park. Convenient to Route 50 but also has easy access to back roads in order to avoid event (i.e. Parent wknds, Comm. Week) and beach traffic. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex with fenced in backyard, stainless steel appliances, energy efficient windows, and off street parking. The community offers ball fields and a playground, HOA fees are paid by owner. The kitchen has recently been remodeled with contemporary cabinets and energy-efficient, stainless steel appliances. Energy-efficient appliances include: dishwasher, refrigerator, Jenn-Aire stove, built in microwave, and front loading washer and dryer. Fresh paint and carpets throughout. In Broadneck school district. Pets ok with additional pet deposit.

Available for move-in June 1st.

House is owned by a Navy family, with a local property manager.

For those unfamiliar with the area, Revell Downs is actually Cape St. Clair. More convenient to the Bay Bridge than the Academy or Downtown. It is a nice neighborhood though.

Phrog is correct, the property is on Cape St. Claire, but Revell Downs is part of Annapolis proper. It is not part of the 'covenanted community' of Cape St. Claire.

For those of you not interested in the specifics of local political divisions: the bottom line is it's a 10 min drive to USNA, door to door (by door I mean my former room on 8-3). It's also a nice bike ride, if you're into that sort of thing. Good run if it's PRT season.

I have an Annapolis mailing address but only get county services.

I also don't get to vote for Annapolis Mayor, nor do I care to. :)
