Thanks, I'm so glad I can submit my package without retaking the test. Looks like they need to update the 1420.1B.

Just starting the Officer process. I'm schedule to take my OAR September 3rd. What study guides and books will best prep me for this test?

I have the Officer Candidate Test for Dummies to freshen up my math. What other study material/websites should I use?

Also, what ALL do I need in my package? My recruiter doesn't seem too educated on how the process works which is worrying me.

This is what is required I believe:
-tech degree w/GPA (3.4+ competitive )
-Physical
-interviews with AD AMDO'S
-LOR's from AD officers O-5 or above
-personal acceptance letter
-secret clearance eligible
-pass OAR (50+ competitive )
-submit before Jan. 21 2016

If there is anything else or I missed something or am wrong, please correct me. Like I mentioned, I'm just starting this process so all the help is greatly appreciated.
I took the OAR about a month ago and I can give you a few pointers if your still interested.

The only slightly negative thing I can see is your gpa, what was your undergraduate gpa?

What is the most effective way to show shop quals? e.j. CDI, Tire and wheel, Plane Captain etc. Should I include those in my personal statement?

I assume you do not submit a CV for AD boards? Or service record/ASM entries of quals?

Seems like that information would have a place in the package other than the motivational statement.

DCO board requires the CV, so its easy to outline every milestone.

I submitted my package a few weeks ago and my stats are as follows:
Going for the Feb 16 AMDO Board as well.
Male, 40 yrs (Pretty funny but I am old as well)
In great physical shape. Command fitness leader (CFL). All excellents in the PFA!
AD, Logistic Specialist First Class. 8 yrs of service
Evals: New guy P, EP, EP, EP
Bachelors in Accounting 3.6 GPA
Masters in Accounting 3.7 GPA
AMMRL Manager, Assistant 050/05D LPO
Numerous DAU Certifications
Interviews appraisals: 2 O-6, 1 O-4, 1 O-3. (2 AMDOs, 1 O-6 and 1 O-4; all 10's)
LOR: 1 retired O-6 and 1 retired O-5.
Secret clearance

The "age thing" got me worried too, I enlisted in the Navy at 32 years. Hopefully that would show that I've been highly motivated to get a commission right from the onset.

Wow man, your stats are awesome. Those DAU certs look really good. I'm sure that if you get selected you'll make us proud fellow 1st class brother. What was your OAR score? I am a prior SK but crossed rate to AWF a few years ago. We old guys deserve an opportunity right? Good luck!
