I would suggest you link up with your CCC and find an officer mentor or two to help you out during this process.

The AD AMDO PA states 45 OAR

I would also suggest you look at the past AMDO threads to look at what common items those selected had, here are a few hints: no waivers, relevant degree and really good GPA.

I would be less concerned about the OAR score as long as it is above the minimum.
