Making Recruiting Great Again
Sorry for the following text dump. I haven’t taken OAR yet, I’m wondering if based on my credentials and background if I have a good chance of selection if I score well on the OAR.
Age: 28
Credentials:
BS in Business - Management Information Systems Concentration from NJIT - GPA 3.775
Relevant Coursework (or at least what I think is relevant):
Calc 1 & 2: Both A's (from a community college)
Linear Algebra: A (from a community college)
Operations Management & Analytics - NJIT: A
Business Data Analytics - NJIT: A
Intro to supply chain management - Rutgers Business School: A
Work experience:
Owned and operated a digital marketing agency for 7 years with 1M+ yearly revenue.
Additional Questions:
1. Any courses I should take on before applying to improve my chances at selection? I could take a couple more supply chain management courses at Rutgers Business or a higher math course from NJIT if recommended.
2. I was approved to take the PMP exam to get a PMP certification, is that worth doing?
3. Given my background and credentials, what score on OAR would give me a good chance at selection?
This thread is more focused on Supply Corps Officer related questions, not so much application/stats/etc. What you're looking for is here:
