While I've never been sick in a plane, I can tell you two very good things
1) The ride in the T-45 is alot smoother than the T-34, if you are below 10K you are on your way to the break
2) Like most guys have pointed out, having the controls is a big help and in jets you will almost always have the controls. It will get to the point that if the IP takes controls you will wonder if you are getting a down.
