To educate the newbies - I thought it would be good to start a thread about the nicknames that pilots have given their aircraft, as opposed to the NATO names. Since I don't know all of them (hardly, actually) I figured I'd start with what I know and let the rest of you add to it.

1. CH-46E "Sea Knight" - nicknamed "Phrog"
2. CH-53E "Super Stallion" - nicknamed "Shitter"
3. AH-1W "Super Cobra" - nicknamed "Snake"
4. F-16 "Falcon/Fighting Falcon" - nicknamed "Viper"
