Remember he's a Gunner/COPILOT... Therefore, not an NFO

Seriously though, the only Marine NFOs are in hornets and Prowlers. Few more options with the Navy.

I saw the Texas Avatar where are you from? I grew up outsied of Dallas.
 
Does the AH-1 have flight controls at the front seat, or is it strictly weapons systems stuff?
 
There are flight controls in the front cockpit, but the stick is offset to the right (like the f-16 setup) to accomodate the targeting sight/viewfinder.
 
another random question....do the pilot and co-pilot/gunner rotate ever or are they always in the same position?
