You see, Otto posted that from Guam... When it was April 2nd there (not the first). He was doing one of a several possibilities:

1. Make a funny (that flopped)
2. Demonstrate his lack of comprehension of "time zones" or
3. Prove yet again that he truly thinks the world revolves around him.
