The AF has CSAR helos. If you want to be a coastie, get out of the AFROTC and get into the CG. If you continue on the AF track, UPT and CSAR, you are looking at least 12 years before you can be a coastie. Talk to the CG officer recruiter. Good luck. BTW interservice transfers have to be released from the parent service, either at the option of the service (over manning) or the end or your ADSC.
