AFOQT Transfer to ASTB?

Hi,

I'm in AFROTC and I was thinking of leaving AFROTC, waiting, and applying to BDCP. This is because my academic program is very intense and my school doesn't have NROTC. My question is would AFOQT transfer at all to count for the ASTB? I really wouldn't think this will transfer, especially from some of the other guys who transfered from AF. It sounded like they had to take the ASTB anyways. Just wanted to get a definitive answer on the subject.

No it doesn't. The Navy/Marine Corps care about the AFOQT about as much as the Air Force cares about the ASTB.
